It's a work in progress, though i thought I would start cataloging my progress as i go.

Ford Maverick for the donor parts
I spent a lot of time measuring and trying to work out how to meld the two cars together
One of the strongest and readily available diffs around.
Working out things like what steering box to use and ended up going with the standard Mav/Gq box in its stock configuration (I may need to change the hydraulics around later though i'm confident this setup will transfer pretty well)
I bought a spare Prado chassis to play around with as my Prado is still my daily.
Finally getting some cutting done as I begin to work out how and where to join the two up in the strongest way while maintaining all the geometry
